Summary: "Saved some tax dollars"
I received this book the same day that I got my tax bill in the mail. My neighbor and I followed the instructions in the book and learned how the system works and what we needed to do. The lady at the Assessor's office even commented that she even learned some things she didn't know that we told her were in the book. The information gives you confidence in fighting the system. Some of the changes that we made the Assessor make will eliminate the need to appeal our taxes in future years. I live in California, but I am going to send this book to my daughter-in-law in Iowa because the secrets in the book will work in any state. Book is a good investment. Fran
