I HAD RESEARCHED AS MANY TAI CHI INSTRUCTION VIDEOS THAT I COULD FIND, BEFORE MAKING A DECISION AND BUYING PAUL LAM'S TAI CHI FOR OLDER ADULTS. I AM QUITE PLEASED WITH THIS VIDEO. STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION, VERY CALMING, YOU DO NOT FEEL RUSHED OR INTIMIDATED. I LEARNED THE FIRST STEP IN A MATTER OF AN HOUR. I RECOMMEND PAUL LAM'S VIDEOS VERY HIGHLY.

My husband takes classes...I am an observer.
I have found that this item has not only helped him...a class outline. But it has also lured me into the program.
I broke my knee cap 1 year ago, and despite extensive PT...this has helped me in regaining my strength and my balance. I also find that my overall health is improved while engaging in Tai Chi.
